Service was good, room comfy and a reasonable size. Could have done with media connections in room and a better bed. Some of the "spaces" in the car park were impossible to use due to pillars. They should have just made the other spaces a little bit more generous and not tried to squeeze so many in.

Excellent position for our stay. Sainsburys 2 minute walk away, Lakeside shopping centre 15 minute walk away. Staff at the hotel were helpful and friendly. The breakfasts were very good value for money with plenty of choice. Our room, in the new block, was spacious, clean and very comfortable.

As always, a warm welcome awaits and a friendly farewell from such a generous staff both on reception and house/room support. The little touches such as Christmas mince pies and biscuits at reception which was attractively decorated all contributed to an enjoyable family visit. A well-prepared room on arrival and daily room attention was much appreciated. Delicious and plentiful breakfasts were enjoyed by all !
