Came in last night to get some quotes on a holiday for next November, ended up spending two hours in store and arranging our next 3-4 holidays and left with a completely different mindset to what we went in with. Happy to take your money, but will give you the ring around if something goes wrong, after care is non-existent. Be warned they ultimately act as a conduit and think nothing of helping resolving obvious issues like with excursions.
